Following the closure of ADUK (Arts Development UK) – formerly one of the largest national charities representing the interests of those working in arts development for local communities, Addo took over the administration of the National Leisure & Culture Forum Leading Learning Programme, which offers the highest quality leadership training and mentoring for senior local authority cultural services managers from across the UK.

The National Leisure & Culture Forum
The National Leisure and Culture Forum was established in 2005 to bring together all the professional bodies representing those working across the cultural services in the public sector. It provides advocacy for the cultural services sector and promotes professional development for those working within it. NLCF member organisations include: ACALG, BISL, CILIP, cCLOA, CIMSPA, LMCA, Museums Association, Arts Development UK, The Archives and Records Association, Society of Chief Librarians, SPORTA. Organisations supporting the Leading Learning Programme include: DCMS, DCLG, LGA, City University, Action Learning Associates, Business in the Arts NW, G and M Associates, Sport England, Melita Armitage Ltd, English Heritage, MLA, Arts Council England.
The Programme Director is Sue Isherwood, with contributions, workshops and support from Vision Juice, GLCE Ltd, Business in the Arts, Watson Blyth Ltd, Simon Baddeley, Lankester Business Solutions Ltd, Martyn Allison Management Improvement Services Ltd, and Christine Fogg.
The programme is funded by participant fees.
