Tŷ Hafan offers comfort, care and support to life-limited children and young people and their families, helping them make the most of the time they have left together. In 2012, Tŷ Hafan engaged Addo to curate and commission an artist or designer to develop a creative digital solution to enable users, visitors, and funders to leave a lasting mark and show their support for Tŷ Hafan. Artist-designer Miriam Sleeman was commissioned.
